Froh Community Home Description
Froh Manor Apartments is our HUD-subsidized apartment building for independent seniors. The rent for these affordable apartments is based on income and includes a monthly utility credit with water, sewage and heat provided. There are no service “packages”.
Each Froh Manor apartment features living/dining area, bedroom, kitchen and full bath. Apartments are to be decorated with resident’s own furniture.
Additional features include: walk in pantry; refrigerator and stove; emergency pull cords in bedroom and bathroom; option of free TV Antenna or pay Cable TV; individual heat control; water/sewage/heat service provided. No additional fees or “packages”. Pets welcome (must meet size limit and other criteria).
