Assisted Living
Studio • $3,025.00 per month
(One-room unit includes a kitchen area and private bathroom)
One-bedroom apartment • $3,300.00 per month
(Large living area with a separate bedroom, kitchen area and private bathroom)
Two-bedroom apartment • $4,125.00 per month
(Large living and dining areas with two separate bedrooms, kitchen area and private bathroom)
Franciscan Villa Assisted Living is a three-tiered facility. The first level of care prices includes three meals each day, daily snacks and beverages, periodic wellness checks, an emergency pendant for 24-hour safety, daily medication help, monitoring by licensed nursing staff, weekly housekeeping/laundry (including linen change), basic cable, apartment maintenance, planned social, recreational and exercise activities and religious services. Additional optional services include full shower assistance, meal delivery and daily dressing for an additional $300 per month. Any diabetic assistance and/ or wound care will be an additional $600 per month.
There will be a second resident fee of $1,000. A non-refundable application fee of $500 is required upon application to the apartments.
Long-Term Care
Accommodations include 24-hour licensed nursing care, medication administration, all meals, chapel services and activities.
Semi Private • $225 per day
Private • $250 per day
The prorated amount of the currents month’s rent is due at the time of admission. Rent is due before the 5th of each month. Incontinent supplies may be provided by the facility for an additional $150 monthly fee.
