Our facility is staffed with a diverse range of professionals including Nurses, CNA’s (certified nursing assistants), dining room servers, cooks, housekeeping, maintenance, program assistants, security, lifeguards, and personal trainers. Each type of staff member undergoes specific training and certifications relevant to their role.
Safety and Well-being Measures
FHV maintains 24-hour security, utilizes a key fob system for building and apartment access, and conducts well checks on residents who have not had door activity in 24 hours to ensure their safety and well-being.
Transition Support Services
We offer a Welcome Committee and New Resident Orientation to help new residents transition into the community smoothly.
Transportation Services
Our transportation services include 2 Lincoln Towne Cars and a 24-passenger van, providing free transportation within a 5-mile radius, with charges applicable for longer distances.
Dining Experience
We offer three dining options: a formal main dining room, a Café, and a Bistro, along with two outdoor dining options during favorable weather.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents with complaints or issues are encouraged to speak to our Director of Resident Services. Additionally, our CEO hosts weekly resident meetings to address concerns and discuss potential changes.
Communication with Residents' Families
As Fox Hill Village is an Independent Living community, we communicate directly with the residents. In Assisted Living or Memory Care situations, communication policies may differ.

Residents have access to Flu and Covid Vaccinations provided by Walgreens Pharmacists on-site.
