Independent Living Availability
For independent living, we currently have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment overlooking the golf course that is available.
Assisted Living Availability
For assisted living, we have a studio and one bedroom apartment available. We are currently full in our memory care and are keeping a waitlist.
Staffing
For assisted living and memory care, we have trained Resident Assistants and an RN on staff during regular business hours. We have RA's overnight as well, and a nurse triage line to call if a nurse was needed overnight or on weekends. For our enhanced assisted living, we have RA's 24 hours a day as well as a nurse 24 hours a day.
Dining Options
Independent and assisted living residents have the option to dine in our main dining room. If an assisted living resident would like to, we can deliver meals to their apartment as well. Memory care residents have their own dining room, but we can deliver meals to their apartment if they prefer. For independent living, we include a complimentary continental breakfast. We also serve lunch and dinner every day that are available. For assisted living, 2 meals a day are included with the option to add a third meal. For memory care, 3 meals/day are included.
Transportation and Outings
We have a bus that takes our residents out on group outings on Wednesdays. For medical appointments, if someone is in assisted living or memory care, we can help manage those appointments and arrange transportation.
Resident Services
We have a social worker onsite who is our resident services director. He is the resident and family's go-to person for any concerns they may have. He is also the one who organizes the care conferences for the resident and family and keeps family updated on their loved ones' well-being.
Short-term Stays
We do not offer short-term or respite stays. We have a sister community nearby, Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington, that can offer short-term rehab stays if needed. If you are simply looking for short-term respite with no therapy, Prairie Bluffs in Eden Prairie offers that.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community and allow 2 pets per household. If someone is in assisted living, we would want to make sure they could safely take care of the pet if they were to have one, as our staff cannot manage the care for the pet. For memory care, we would want to discuss a pet as it is typically not an ideal environment for a pet to live in. We do welcome pets to visit all areas of our building as long as they are up-to-date on their vaccinations.
Vaccinations
We do oftentimes offer the Covid vaccination and flu vaccination at our community, but if someone wishes to receive them on a specific date, we recommend setting up an appointment with your primary doctor or clinic.
Age in Place Program
We do not have an age in place program, so if a resident wanted to receive medical services from our staff, they would need to be in an assisted living, memory care, or enhanced assisted living apartment. We are currently full in our memory care and are keeping a waitlist.
