The team members at Focused Care at Hogan Park focus on inpatient rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care, utilizing state-of- the-art equipment and therapies in our new therapy gym, such as Rapid Recovery Therapy, IV Therapy and our Restorative Therapeutic Program. Additionally, we provide Wound Management, TRACH care, and Hospice and Palliative Care, Pharmacy, Podiatry and Dental Services.
