I stopped by to visit yesterday for the first time and I was greeted with the most helpful and nicest staff members ever, everyone was so nice and I was very impressed with the building and how well the residents were cared for as well. I truly thankyou for doing such a great job and doing what you do everyday, it's much appreciated and I definitely will be back to visit again real soon!!!
I can’t find the words to say how much we appreciate the caring, compassionate, professional employees at 5 Cos. From the administrative staff; axillary-office, activity, kitchen, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance; the Nurses, CNAs and Med Aides...all of you are important to the exceptional running of this facility and making it “home” for my Dad. You have kept him safe, healthy, and cared for! You all display the kindness this world needs. Thank you so much❤️ From the family of Robert Boxrud 🙏
My parents were in Five Counties for five years. They were always clean and appeared to be well taken care. Many of the staff went the extra mile and if I had any issues, they were rectified in a timely manner. I just saw pictures of some of the residents sitting out by the lake. Some were fishing. I love that this extra mile was another sign of the effort put forth by the staff. Congratulations and keep up the very difficult work you do on a daily basis.
