I couldn't be happier with the care my mother is receiving. My mother is in the advanced stages of dementia, needing a high level of care including feeding, bathing, and dressing. Meals are all cooked on premises and are superior to those I witnessed at other facilities. Cleo, the head caregiver, is very caring and quick to know the needs of the residents. The owner maintains a presence and assures everything is going well. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for the perfect home for your loved one, this is the place !  I hold an administrator of assisted living facilities license and does pet therapy at nursing homes, AL and board & cares.  I have been offering my services at this facility for a year now and absolutely adore the staff and management.  The care is exceptional.  The homes are clean and smell great, the food is fresh, nutritious and healthy and there a good ratio of caregivers to residents. The residents are stimulated daily with unique activities such as chair Pilates, pet therapy, music, art and more.  Highly recommended

The Encino Retirement Home, owned by Ayala  Levy, was a godsend! My mother was not easy to care for, with lots of physical and cognitive problems. The staff, (Cleo, Louis and Margie) took wonderful care of her. The home is kept immaculate, the food is great and my mother was always clean and well groomed. It was such a heavy burden lifted from my shoulders, when we found this board and care. I knew she was safe and well cared for. I visited often and never found anything to be lacking in her total care. This is an incredible place for your elderly loved ones.

My grandmother was in that facility. And she loved that home.the owner Ayalla very nice and caring , the care giver are so worm and loving.. The food is delishes,the place is very very clean.. Every time I went to visit her she always had something good To say , and how much she is enjoining bean there .before she moved there she was very unhappy  person after 2 or 3 week I didn't recognize her at all!
