    ElmHaven East is a skilled nursing health care facility that has been owned and operated by the Woodworth family since July of 1992. ElmHaven East is now a 45 bed facility in Parsons, Kansas that provides quality care for the elderly around the Parsons area.

    ​At Elmhaven East, you don't live in our facility, we work in your home. We offer rehabilitation services for short and long-term care. We apply a team approach with all of our departments, dietary, social services, activities and nursing all work together toward one goal for each resident. Our goal is to help residents maintain their highest level of function.
