About Us
We are an All-Inclusive, Independent-Living Community. Our Live-In Managers are Fred and Leah Tillich. They have been working in Senior Living for over 15 years and have been here at El Dorado Estates since 2017.
Our Staff and Safety Measures
In addition to Fred and Leah living here at the community, we are staffed 24/7 and all of our staff go through a standard background check and qualification verification.
We have emergency pull cords in all of our resident apartments and we also offer an emergency pendant as well. Our staff responds to all emergency calls and will request 9-1-1 services as needed.
Support Services
We do work with a number of real estate, moving, and transition specialists to help and assist our new and current residents as well as an active and engaging Resident Ambassador group to welcome our new residents.
Dining Experience
El Dorado Estates includes three (3) delicious and nutritious, executive chef-inspired and created meals per day with a wide variety of choices and selections.
Communication and Visits
El Dorado Estates has an open communication policy with our residents. As we are an Independent Living community, direct communications are generally done with our residents. However, families are welcome to visit at any time and wellness checks can certainly be requested.
Leasing Terms
We rent all of our apartments on a month-to-month basis with only a Written 30-Day Notice to vacate required. We do offer a Free Trial Stay option for generally 1-3 nights to get the full experience of the community. We currently do not offer Respite Care.
Transportation and Health Services
We do offer transportation to scheduled medical appointments and we have hosted Covid and Flu vaccination clinics here at the community.
Independent Living and Care Options
El Dorado Estates is Independent Living so we do not offer any direct care services; However, our residents can work with any Home Health or Care providers including hospice of their choosing. Thus, many of our residents are able to effectively enjoy aging in place.
At El Dorado Estates Gracious Retirement Living, we believe that retirement Living is so much more than walls and windows!
We provide;
- On-Sight, Live-In Managers and 24-Hour Staffing!
- Spacious, All-Inclusive Apartments
