This is not the same facility my mother moved into back in 2016 when the facility first opened. Management comes and goes and with that so has the level of care. My mother was in assisted living and as her dementia worsened she moved to the memory care unit. She ended up maxing out on care plan due to her needs. While there she experienced significant weight loss well after covid period had passed. I uncovered that my mother who only ate two meals a day anyway was actually not even receiving two. Some staff would ask a memory care patient if she wanted something to eat and she would answer no so they would not bring her a meal. This is alarming to occur in a care facility. She had a fall as can happen and went to the hospital dehydrated and malnourished as the doctor there described it. Her personal doctor assessed my mother to require needs beyond what this facility can provide and that skilled nursing is more appropriate at this juncture.  Management stated they were precluded from evaluating if they could continue care for her which is utterly false but what the management is using to argue in their quest to get another 30 days of money from my mom. I advise all to look elsewhere for proper care for your loved ones.
