    Desert Springs Health Care offers a variety of services to help people regain their independence and become as self-sufficient as possible. To further improve their quality of life, they provide stimulating activities tailored to each individual's needs. For those who need assistance with transportation, professional medical escort services are available.

    Rehabilitation Services and Amenities
    Desert Springs Health Care provides comprehensive rehabilitation services and amenities for its patients. Cardiac, orthopedic, post-cerebrovascular accident (stroke), respiratory/pulmonary, neurological, amputation care, hip/knee fractures and replacements, general debility/weakness, short and long term rehabilitation are all available to the patient. In addition to these services, Desert Springs also offers a Patient Navigator to assist with the transition from hospital to home or other facility.

    Skilled Nursing Services and Amenities
    At Desert Springs Health Care, the professional team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to provide skilled nursing services and amenities. These include infusion (IV) therapy including antibiotics, pain management, wound care, uncontrolled/complicated diabetes, and post surgical complications.

    Desert Springs Healthcare has a atmosphere of genuine concern and caring among its staff. The staff members, regardless of position or department go out of their way to make each guest's experience as enjoyable as possible during their stay. There is an overall feeling of warmth and love from everyone! I highly recommend this facility if you need short or long term care.
