Since 1985 our family’s personal interest has been in meeting the needs of each resident and their family. Our wide range of services includes Skilled and Intermediate Nursing Care, Short Term Rehabilitation, Respite Care, Hospice and programs specific to Cardiac and Stroke Rehabilitation.
Our registered nurses and licensed practical nurses work closely with our Medical Director, Thomas Hubbell, M.D. and many other physicians and specialists to provide the best in assisted living in Delaware County and surrounding areas. Our team of Physical, Occupational, Speech, Respiratory, Music and Recreational Therapists provide outstanding rehabilitation services. Families are encouraged to attend care plan conferences to remain informed and involved. Our staff of registered and licensed nurses as well as state tested nurse assistants, are carefully screened prior to employment.
Delaware Court is tastefully decorated throughout with attractive wallcoverings, carpeting, and recessed lighting. Comfortable seating areas are designed for the residents to enjoy quiet time and conversation with family and friends.
