Our Prices
Our prices are all inclusive of the apartment rate and level of care – no surprises when billing comes around. We have four levels of care and, at this time, our prices range from $7,000 to a maximum of $11,500, depending on apartment selection and level of care.

We have a few available apartments, each of which are semi-private apartments. We have private apartments that are undergoing minor remodeling at this time and they will soon be available.
Our Senior Care Model
Our senior care model is focused on dignity and respect. We have 24/7 nursing on staff, which provides an extra layer of care and attention for our residents. We are centrally located in the heart of Puyallup and have access to many wonderful local amenities. Our residents are provided purposeful living within a safe and caring environment. We have a wonderful team here who are all passionate about senior care and memory care.
