We are a family owned and operated community in Sun City Center.
We have a well-known reputation for providing excellent care due to our high staffing ratios. This allows for us to provide individualized care plans to our residents in their peer grouped neighborhood (12-18 residents in each neighborhood). Our residents have continuity of care with the same faces around them daily.
Our campus ranges from residents that are truly independent to residents that are needing palliative care.
This provides peace of mind for those moving in, as we truly are an “Age in Place” campus, as no one likes moving. We also have an ECC (Extended Congregate Care) license as this allows us to meet the needs of higher level of care residents should there be a need.
In addition to Assisted Living Neighborhoods, we also have Memory Care Neighborhoods.
We have 3 different Memory Care Neighborhoods - as not all memory care needs are a “one size fits all.” This allows residents to maintain their highest functioning baseline, as they are grouped with other residents at similar care levels.
