Standing in the upper half of facilities in this aspect, its health inspection rating notably surpasses the state average. Sitting in the bottom 40% of facilities for its quality rating, it remains slightly lower than the state average.Staff Ratings

I’ll start this review by saying thank god for Culpeper Health & Rehabilitation Center, and all of the wonderful staff members there. A few years ago my father was diagnosed with dementia. As time went on, we realized that his needs had surpassed anything our family could provide for him. It was time to find a facility that had the professional care he needed. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better place. The care and love that my father receives from the staff is monumental, and I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful communication I receive from his care takers. Huge thank you to Brittney, Evie, Geilly, Kelly, Melanie, Tammy, Sarah, Candy, and everyone else at Culpeper Health & Rehabilitation Center.
I would like to recognize Brittany Stanton she's definitely a valuable team player for Culpeper health & rehabilitation center. She shows compassion, professionalism, patience. It is always a delight to run into her. Brittany keep up the Marvelous work your community and our families appreciate you.
I had a horrific accident and spent three months in CHRC. Everyone was kind and professional to me. Especially My physical therapist Kay Ryan. She was not only my PT but my coach and confidant during the entire therapy program. Her words of encouragement made me stronger each day and finally reached full mobility. Thanks for the confidence and reassurance. I would highly recommend this great place❤️. In addition I would like to recognize Steve Hauger. My physical therapist for my leg. He was genuinely known for his safety and concern for you and your safety. He reassured me in every exercise and applauded me all the way! I am finally walking on my own an it feels great! Thanks for making it a fun place and positive atmosphere!
I work on Unit 2 and have for last year. I absolutely love my unit, my co workers, and my residents. Not to mention My unit manager Kiesha Crouch is the most amazing manager. She is the most understanding and down to earth person I have ever met. She always goes above and beyond for her residents and her staff. Culpeper health and rehab is a great facility to work for and I highly recommend anyone if you are looking for a rehab facility to work for to apply to Culpeper health and rehab. 💜
I work on unit 2 and I have an amazing team to work with I’ve worked with Culpepper health and rehab for almost two years now and I can not get enough of the residents, they are always putting a smile on my face! The staff are very friendly. We are always putting in lots of effort to make sure our residents are getting excellent care and safer care :) I love working on unit 2 there is great communication between residents and employees!
I am honored to have been a part of the rehab team at this facility as a second year graduate student this past semester. They have the most knowledgeable, hard working and caring team of therapists I’ve ever met, as well as the sweetest staff members. Given covid uncertainty, they always made sure all staff and patients were kept safe. I truly could not have had a more positive and impactful learning experience. Thank you to all of the patients and staff members for making my clinical rotation here so memorable! #5stars #shoutout4speechtherapy :)

Huge thank you to Robinette, Rebecca, Tammy, Melanie, Ashley, Rose, and everyone else at Culpeper Health & Rehabilitation Center. I sleep a lot better at night knowing my dad's in such good hands.
This place was just terrible! They would take up to an hour to help my relative to the restroom. They would walk in and tell him they needed to find a bedpan, this would happen several times before he was actually assisted. Then if he had an accident the staff scolded him for it. He was told that he was too needy and difficult. IT took over 24hrs for the nursing staff to realize he was sick and decided to call 911 at 1:30am. By this time, he was having a heart attack. He was there because he needed rehab after a stroke. He never received any PT. Needless to say he will not be returning there. Unless you don't care about your family member, don't let them go to this facility!
I have recently accepted the role as Assistant Director of Nursing at Culpeper Health & Rehab. I truly want to shout out my new team, who have not only welcomed me with open arms, but go above & beyond for one another & our residents. Each member of this team takes a personal interest in each patient that walks through our door. I have never been more honored or proud to be apart of such a fantastic team. I'm so happy to say that in the short amount of time I've been here that I love my new work family.
I recently had the opportunity to visit Culpeper Health and Rehab. Our sister-in-law has been employed there for approximately 20 years. When I walked in the door, the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. There was no clutter or unpleasant smells and the facility was spotless. Also, the staff was friendly, organized, and professional.
My Grandmother was here recently. She came to the facility in rough shape, she had gotten an awful bedsore from the hospital. The staff were so great and helpful, in just a couple days her wound was already looking so much better. She received better care here than she did at Mary Washington hospital. The nurse Practitioners were so helpful and attentive to us. They took time to understand her medical history and speak to her specialist. It was hard for my grandma to do therapy because she was so weak but they came every day to help get her out of bed and move her so she didn’t get stiff. Our family is beyond thankful for the care she received.
Every year the center has an angel tree to ensure that each resident receives a gift and no one is left out. It really gets me in the holiday spirit knowing that by buying a few gifts I can make someone’s holiday even more special. The service ambassador, Brittany Stanton goes above and beyond to make this program a success.
The Culpeper Health & Rehab has changed so much over the years. The receptionist, Brittany was was so pleasant and helpful. I was only there briefly, but the way I saw her interact with the patient's families and made them a priority when they walked into the door was refreshing. It was a pleasure speaking with her.
