Rehab staff are good as are many of the lower level staffers, but call button time can be long. Upper management awful, hard to reach, arrogant, and if you are a paying or insurance patient they may make it difficult to leave. When the time came to get my wife out, they trumped up a relapse in her rehab that did not occur and then refused to send data or required forms to another facility she transferred to. Few if any private rooms. Contract overreaching and top staff arrogant. Go somewhere else.
