Our clinical staff includes State Tested Nurses Assistants, LPNs, and RNs, ensuring there is always a nurse on staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As an accredited facility with the State of Ohio, holding Medicare and Medicaid licensure, we mandate all staff to attend and complete in-service meetings regulated by the State of Ohio.

Independent Living Residents at Otterbein Cridersville are provided with a pendant for urgent clinical matters, ensuring a STNA or Nurse responds within minutes. Located in the quiet and safe town of Cridersville, our community offers peace of mind.
Transition Support Services
New residents enjoy a meet and greet lunch at our Red Oak Café, facilitated by our Move-in Coordinator. Each Independent Living residence court has a “Court Ambassador” to welcome new residents and answer questions. A Welcome Folder with essential information and contacts is also provided.
Transportation Services
We offer fee-based transportation to medical appointments and weekly grocery shopping trips, ensuring easy participation in Life Enrichment Activities.

Our stunning Patio Homes offer a variety of floor plans ranging from a spacious studio to a stunning large two bedroom 1 ½ bath patio home. Each Patio Home offer a one car garage, full kitchen, washer and dryer, maintenance free living, and the perfect outdoor space for grilling, entertaining, or just enjoying the beautiful outdoors. The monthly rate includes paid utilities, all major appliances, and more.

Currently I have the following available; Studio, One Bedroom Patio Home, One bedroom Patio Home with a beautiful 4 season room, and a Large 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath Patio Home available.
All that is required is a completed and accepted application and a deposit equal to the rate of one month of the chosen Patio Home.
Pet Friendly Living
Do you have a furry friend that you would have moving with you? We know how important those 4 legged family members are and we wouldn’t want you moving to your new patio home without him/her. We are pet friendly! The only requirement is a one-time $500 deposit, as well as residents must clean up after their pet so our maintenance crew can mow properly.
