ASSISTED LIVING LEVELS OF CARE
There are three Levels of Care, each determined by the total number of points assigned during the evaluation. The scoring is as follows:
- Level One: included in apartment fee
- Level Two: an additional monthly fee of $1,375.00
- Level Three: an additional monthly fee of $1,832.00
- Second Person Fee (If applicable) $1,741.00

- Speech and language Therapy- Provides therapeutic activities for individuals with speech, cognition, language or swallowing disorders to enhance or restore articulation, communication and efficiency of swallowing.
- Therapy Evaluations – PT/OT $120.00/ each ST $200
- PT/OT $70.00 per 15 minutes ST: Varies with each treatment.

Assisted Living and Memory Care Capacity
Our Assisted Living and Memory Care are at full capacity at this time. In total we have 67 units between Assisted Living and Memory Care. We are connected to a retirement community where our 800+ residents next door has priority into Assisted Living and or Memory Care. This means that anyone interested in Assisted Living or Memory Care are placed on a two-year waiting list.
Skilled Nursing Availability
Our skilled nursing is based on bed availability, and we accept short- and long-term patients. We are Medicare certified and accept most insurance companies as a supplement. We are not however contracted with Medi-Cal or any government assisted programs for skilled nursing services.
