The Crawford County Care Center is located in the beautiful rural area of northwestern Pennsylvania. The Care Center is a skilled nursing facility providing long-term nursing care to our elderly and the younger population in need of 24-hour care. Our specialized supportive care unit is designed for the individual with dementia-related diseases. We also offer rehabilitative services to those individuals in need of extended physical, occupational or speech therapy before returning to their own homes.
We strive to provide a family-oriented, resident-centered home atmosphere where our residents have the opportunity to be as independent as they are able, yet are provided with the nursing assistance that is needed. A nursing home is still a “Home.”
