Crandall Medical Center is a 176-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility on the campus of Copeland Oaks Retirement Community located near Sebring in Northeast Ohio.
Stay with us in our premier medical center and enjoy a private room while you receive the highest level of skilled nursing care and therapy services during your recovery from a hospitalization, illness or surgery. Or, call Crandall Medical Center “home” and enjoy our person-centered care every day. Our goal is to foster a relationship in which our team of medical professionals works with you and your family to ensure that we meet your specific needs as you recuperate or as you transition into convalescent care.
Our covenant with the United Methodist Church affords you the opportunity to take advantage of the benefits for which non-profit facilities are known. All beds in Crandall Medical Center are certified for Medicare/Medicaid, and we are contracted with many Medicare Advantage Plans.
