Additionally, we offer 30 or 60 day Respite Stays that allow new residents an opportunity to experience Ivy Park at Cathedral Hill in one of our lovely furnished apartments to gain a better understanding of all that senior living can be. The same monthly fees apply.
New residents reserve an apartment with a deposit equal to one month’s rent and this deposit is applied toward the one-time Community Fee that allows us to prepare the apartment, complete the Care Assessment and the balance is utilized like an Association Fee that helps us maintain public areas and facilitate our creative activities and events for our residents. (not applicable to Respite Stays)
