The Cottages at Woodland Terrace in Milledgeville, Georgia, is an award winning senior living community offering private cottages with one or two bedroom floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer, nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, and security system. Each private cottage offers spacious rooms, no step entries, and a built-in one car garage. The City of Milledgeville is just minutes away offering dining & shopping, entertainment and health services. Educational opportunities are plentiful with three local colleges, including Georgia College and State University. The area also includes Lake Sinclair, one of the largest lakes in the State of Georgia, and several golf courses.
