Waitlist and Available Apartments
We do have a waitlist for some of our apartments. We have a waitlist for the one bedroom apartments as well as the two bedroom Heritage style. I presently have a Concordia and Bella Vista apartment as well as a one level and two level town home available soon. The wait list cost is $1,500 and is fully refundable. Once you choose an apartment or town house, this becomes your one time community fee.
Transitioning and Community
We assist with transitioning into our community by providing great communication and information. We also have a group of residents who are Ambassadors and assist with meeting new people and learning more about what Concordia has to offer.
Transportation Services
Our transportation is second to none. We have two drivers every day, Monday-Friday to take residents to scheduled group programs as well as doctor appointment, hair appointments, etc…We have a large vehicle for big groups and two smaller cars or SUV for individual appointments. Transportation is included within a 50 mile round trip radius.
Dining Services
Our dining services is fine dining. One meal is included and a second can be added for a nominal charge of $150/month. It is waiter/waitress service with a full salad bar, entrees, soup and dessert. If you do not care for the entrees or have special needs, there is grill service available.
Concerns and Communication
Concerns are handled by myself or our Executive Director, Angie Clark. We have a Lifeloop on line communication tool as well as mailboxes in our front lobby for communication. We also have a resident led council with monthly meetings that all residents can attend and stay informed or voice areas of accommodation or concerns.
Respite Services
We presently have no respite services as we have a Waiting List.
Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly community with restrictions. I am happy to discuss individual needs. We are respectful of all community members and not just pet owners.
Health Clinics
We have a yearly flu and Covid clinic.
Aging in Place
We do allow residents to age in place with added services provided by Home Helpers. We look at each person as an individual and do what is best for them and our community as a whole.
