Clearwater at Rancharrah is a pet friendly, refined assisted living and memory support community that opened in February of 2021. We offer studio, alcove, one and two-bedroom apartment floor plans, accented with beautiful finishes. However, what sets us apart are the many pleasing social spaces for you to enjoy with family and friends.
We offer the flexibility of month-to-month rent; no buy-in is required.
You receive one monthly statement. Our monthly rates include:
- 3 made to order, chef prepared meals plus nutritious snacks available from 7am- 7pm in our restaurant, Savor, or our outdoor dining space, our private dining room if you wish to dine with family and friends, or delivered to your room (for an additional fee).
- All utilities, including air conditioning, trash removal, water, basic cable, WIFI. (Phone not included)
- Housekeeping service in your apartment once a week
- Lifestyle programs seven days a week
- Complimentary Transportation
- On-site maintenance seven days a week
- 24 hour Concierge services
Additional Care and Medication services are available at additional monthly rates upon a physician’s evaluation to ensure each resident has a custom plan of care that suits their needs.
