Each independent living apartment has a balcony or patio to enjoy the views, sunshine and fresh air while inside, tastefully appointed common areas include a grand staircase, a library, a spacious dining room and an expansive lounge with a fireplace and plenty of natural light. The newest addition is Rayburn Hall, where Ferris Hills hosts performers, lecturers and other special guests, not to mention some of its best parties. Just outside is the gazebo, where the Sunset Serenades series features popular local bands each summer and residents gather for barbecues and classic car shows.
