Welcome to Chehalis West Assisted Living, nestled in the historic rural community of Chehalis, Washington. Chehalis West has been serving the Lewis County area and has been home to hundreds of residents since opening its doors in 1985. During this time, Chehalis West has established itself as one of the more desirable care facilities in the area. Our experienced and caring staff continues to provide the “Home Town Friendly” atmosphere that makes one feel welcome and a part of the Chehalis West family.
Chehalis West provides assisted living in a safe, secure, friendly, and caring environment. We offer on-site, licensed, nursing staff available 24 hours a day, private, individual apartments, housekeeping and laundry services, three nutritional meals daily, and an on-site beauty salon/barber shop, in addition to many other amenities.
