    Constructed in 1975, 9th Street Chautauqua is a licensed 65 bed skilled nursing facility. This facility also participated in the grant for fall prevention. It has also received 2 prior grants. One of these enabled the purchase of several pieces of equipment designed to provide care to bariatric residents. The other grant was to purchase technology for resident use. Cell phones, e-readers, and laptops are available for resident use. A projector and large screen enhance resident activities, and wi-fi permits use of the web for many different purposes.
