Pricing
Pricing is $4500 for a one bedroom. Right now, we have a special going on until December 15th that is $500 off a month for 12 months savings of $6000.
Community and Staff
Yes, our community is assisted living and memory care. Our staff in our community consist of caregivers, certified nursing assistants, and nurses (LPN or RN). In our community, they go through Cedar Academy which is a 2–3-day training. They will also do online training called Relias and shadowing a mentor on the floor. Our dining staff is the same way, and our cooks must be Serve Safe certified.
Resident Transition
Yes, when residents move into the community there is a 72-hour window separated among all managers to ensure the transition is smooth for them moving in. There are also resident ambassadors who help the resident transition into the community and meeting others. Our life enrichment directors play a big role in getting them active in the community.
Transportation and Activities
Yes, we offer transportation typically on Tuesday and Thursdays to doctor appointments only. The life enrichment team does outings to food places, museums, or stores on Mondays or Wednesdays.
Dining Experience
Our dining is restaurant-style dining. Residents can sit wherever they would like. We have dining aides who will come take their order on a tablet system and deliver their meals to them. We offer an all-day dining experience with an extensive à la carte menu with multiple delicious options called Crafted by Cedarhurst.
Handling Complaints
If a resident has a complaint, they will address it with our executive director, who will manage it from there.
Communication
Communication among our residents and families is communicated on our app called Caremerge, which families download. We update on activities, events, updates on issues in the community or changes, etc. They also can take pictures of your loved one and post it so you know what they're doing during the day. They will update on medication changes. They also will call you for any significant changes in health conditions.
Short Term Stays
We do offer short-term stays with a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 28 days at $225 a day, and memory care at $325 a day. We furnish the room, and that's all-inclusive.
Pet Policy
Yes, we are pet-friendly. There is a deposit of $750 and a monthly pet rent of $75.
Availability
Right now, there is no waitlist, but we have limited rooms available for assisted living and 1 for memory care.
