My aunt was there and would run out of oxygen and/or batteries would be dead. They got an attitude when questioned about it. It happened more than once. This facility does not have the best interest of their residents in mind. She would sit for an hour on the toilet waiting for help. Some of the staff is rude and very unwelcoming. The patient’s care is NOT aligned with their mission statement at all!!
My mother in law loves it! They make it feel like home, the care is so amazing! The staff makes you feel so welcome, every time we have gone insomeone greets us. My aunt got ill and the hospital asked where we want her to go for more care I was like Caprock Nursing and Rehab, I knew they would take great care of her! It takes alot off the family when you donot have to worry!
Caprock nursing and rehab is a super clean facility with friendly staff. Their rehab area is clean and bright. The residents seem happy and content and look and smell good. I would highly recommend this to any family that is looking for rehab to home treatment or long term care.
I have been working at Caprock for almost 2 years now, and I truly love it! It is my home away from home, and I am blessed to be able to spend my days with so many fantastic people doing truly amazing things. The kind, loving, patient, compassionate care and treatment I see is remarkable. I would recommend Caprock Nursing and Rehabilitation to anyone in need of skilled nursing services, and/or physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
I've worked for this company for the past 8 and a half years. This building gives me the vibe that I'm home. Being able to wake up and enjoying going to work is what anyone would want. Once you work here, you're family. Always remember the do unto others rule and come grab an application :)
As an employee of Caprock Nursing & Rehab I highly recommend working here. Our staff is appreciated and each of them have an undeniable passion for our residents. We have a great team of employees and it shows in everything they do. If you are considering long or short term care for a loved one, or therapy; please do not hesitate to bring them to Caprock. It is a beautiful facility and they will receive the best of care!
I would highly recommend caprock nursing and rehab! They served very well with my grandmother who understood Spanish only. They have employees that are also bilingual to help her understand more and helped our family out the best way possible! You rock caprock and thanks again!
My mother in law stayed here for a couple weeks for rehab and I have to say the food was amazing. Me and my family went and ate with her a couple of times and even the kids enjoyed it. Rehab was just great as well. The ladies were so polite and respectful and so were the nurses and staff. We will for sure be recommending Caprock for sure!
