We are a skilled nursing facility providing out-patient therapy and long-term care to our residents. As part of the Covenant Care family, our nursing home is respected for our excellent wound care, rehabilitation, diabetes and quality of life services. We have a comprehensive program including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
