Our mother moved into the Capetown facility a number of years ago. The single and continuing complaint she shares with her children is about the quality of food.I've personally spoken to senior management about this. I was told they would look into it and coorporate management would make a personal visit to talk to my mother about her complaint. No visit ever happened. My siblings and I are now having to get fresh fruits and vegetables delivered to our mother. This is not a new issue for Capetown management, yet they have done nothing to correct it.The food service may technically meet the dietary requirements of their residents, but the quality certainly falls short.
