Choose a spacious, pet-friendly studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment at all-inclusive pricing with no buy-in fee or long-term lease. Many floor plans include a patio or balcony. Maintenance-free living and a variety of activities are included as well — exercise and wellness classes, crafts, on-site movies, group outings and more. We even have a community flower and vegetable garden. You can also take advantage of our Resident Travel Program, which lets you stay up to seven nights in a comfortable guest suite at any of the more than 45 Hawthorn communities across the United States and Canada.
