Because my grandmother died from the neglect and abuse caused by the people in this facility… and I have the proof to back me up. Would not recommend this place to nobody at all.. please if you are looking for a place for parents, aunts or uncles please choose somewhere else.. the CNAS are rude they put on a front all over Facebook.. their Facebook page sucks and it’s full of lies lies and more lies..
Very dirty!! CNA’s are incompetent, rude, and mean to patients. Head nurse is no help, and does not handle any problems that you bring to her attention. Never seen anyone clean the whole time I have spent there. Maybe that’s why they are eat up with the COVID 19!! Would not let my dog be there! No complaints are never handled. Just taking poor peoples money. Medicare fraud!
