We Offer Exceptionally Attractive Residences
We offer 289 exceptionally attractive residences situated on a lovely, wooded, 31-acre site surrounded by conservation land and yet close to Cambridge and Boston. Shopping areas are within walking distance. Residents are pleased with the prospect of an active lifestyle, complemented by a wide range of amenities and on-site health care. The monthly service fee includes; one meal per day, weekly housekeeping, linen service, maintenance, security, scheduled transportation, and more.
Brookhaven: An Ideal Retirement Investment
Brookhaven is an ideal retirement investment, as well. Our nonprofit community features an entrance fee, which is 90% refundable (certain restrictions apply). Should the need arise, up to one hour per day of assistance with living will be provided for a person in his or her own apartment at no additional charge. Care in our Assisted Care or Skilled Nursing Center will be provided at no additional cost (certain restrictions apply).
Extensive Development and Revitalization Project
Brookhaven has undergone an extensive development and revitalization project. Our residents now enjoy an evolved and elevated level of care and comfort. A continuum of care, where the focus remains on keeping residents independent in a social setting, with care that comes to them. Also, skilled care is available for those with advanced medical needs. This support combined with our inclusive Life Care model is why we continue to be the residence of choice in the area.
Modern Amenities and Comfort
Along with foresight to transform the way care and services are provided in a senior living community, Brookhaven took additional steps to ensure residents’ amenities were elevated to provide a modern, yet relaxed atmosphere. This entailed a complete revitalization of existing amenities, as well as the addition of new ones. Residents now enjoy the new Andover building onsite, which includes; 30 additional assisted care apartments, a heated, saltwater pool, fitness center, and a performance hall.

Brookhaven is an ABSOLUTE SCAM! My parents had to invest 500K to secure an apartment for independent living. After years of spending 8K per month in rent with the promise of on demand assisted living it took 2 months to find my mother a bed in an assisted living facility after being stricken with dementia. My family was forced to pay 25K per month directly to Brookhaven for overnight care. My 93 year old father had to provide care during daytime hours. Since moving her to assisted living we now have gaps for 6-8 hours with NO AIDES available. Do NOT get blinded by the amenities at Brookhaven. The healthcare at this facility is negligent on a criminal level.
