INDEPENDENT LIVING
Apartment rates for independent living start at $2,095 and include:
- Trash, sewer, water, recycling, electricity, heat, and air conditioning
- Wi-Fi, Cable & Landline
- 1 meal a day
- Every other week light housekeeping
- Community Activities
ASSISTED LIVING
Apartment rates for assisted living start at $3,895 for a 1 bedroom and include:
- Trash, sewer, water, recycling, Wi-Fi, cable, landline, electricity, heat, and air conditioning.
- 3 meals a day
- Weekly light housekeeping & linen service
- Community Activities
- Emergency Response Pendant
- One load of laundry per week
The health services that can be added on, are in packages. Our Wellness Director can assist in determining what level care would be needed.

MEMORY CARE
Memory Care is all inclusive and is $7,250 month and includes:
- Trash, sewer, water, recycling, Wi-Fi, cable, electricity, heat, and air conditioning.
- 3 meals a day and snack
- Housekeeping and linen service
- Community Activities
- All personal cares including but not limited to – dressing, medication administration, bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.
- Memory Care has beautiful studio apartments.
- Memory Care has an outdoor garden, walking path and seating. Art space, community spaces and a hair salon.

Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our facility is staffed with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) who undergo rigorous training to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We are a secure building, and our Assisted Living (AL) residents are provided with an emergency pendant to ensure their safety and prompt assistance when needed.
Transition Support Services
While we currently operate on a Private Pay basis and do not offer Waiver programs, we are dedicated to aiding residents' transition into our community.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services for our residents' appointments on Thursdays, provided the destination is within 15 miles of our facility.
Dining Experience
Our residents enjoy a beautiful dining room that serves three restaurant-style meals a day.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents can voice their concerns through a suggestion/complaint box or by speaking directly with any of our Directors. For immediate concerns, they can reach out to our Administrator.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain communication with residents' families via emergency phone calls to keep them updated on their loved ones' well-being.
Short-term and Respite Stays
We offer respite stays in Assisted Living at $200 per day and in Memory Care at $275 per day, each with a two-week minimum stay. Currently, there is no waitlist except for our 2-bedroom apartments.
About Us
130 apartments – 24 are Memory Care. The rest are age in place. You can be independent or assisted living – all in your same apartment.
We are conveniently located near Hwy 55 and Interstate 494
We are month-to-month lease. 30-day notice required.
Emergency Response pull cord in all bathrooms
EmPowerMe Therapy Group on site for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.
We work with VA Benefits – ask for more information.
We are private pay and can assist with Long Term Care Insurance
