I can’t stress enough how dangerous this place can be for elderly people with disabilities. My Mother would be alive today had the staff simply paid attention to her needs. To make things worse they are quick to lie to family members, from the caregiver all the way up to the man that is supposed to manage the facility. I believe his name is David.

They take Great care of their patients not just my Mom but every one. They work tirelessly to make sure everyone is well cared for! I can say that the attitude of every staff member that I have had contact with cares deeply for the guest their treating all with Dignity and Respect seldom seen in today's society. I am very impressed with everyone here including the ladies who work in the activity center. They work wonders keeping the guest entertained with various craft projects, games and etc. . It help the elderly so much keeping there minds sharp and focused. There are those who do hair & nails! They manage to help maintain a warm and nurturing environment that has been so impressive to me. I couldn't think of a better care facility for my mother ❤️.

Nursing staff/CNA's/house keeping were all wonderful but the social work staff and the director were just awful. It started with Social Worker Courtney Ware being very hostile and aggressive. I reported it to Manager Galloway and he cringed and did nothing. He told me that she was a trouble maker but he couldn't do anything about it. He seemed intimidated by her.

Highly recommend this facility. Both parents have been there for one year this month- they lived at Brightmoor Assisted Living prior to that. Cannot say enough good things about these people who run it day in and day out. Angels in disguise!! They truly love their jobs and it is evident to my family. Wouldn’t want my folks anywhere else! They go above and beyond to help and support. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Really poor experience. Manager David Galloway has limited leadership abilities. This becomes readily apparent when his staff freely dominates an elderly patient and tries to disguise it as patient "advocacy". Although Galloway was made aware of this, he lacked courage to stand up to his subordinates. If your loved one is self pay, avoid Brightmoor. Medicaid patients are ok as they will draw little interest.

I was there for the first time today and all I know to say at this time is 👍WOW!We see and read so much from the media concerning Senior Living and for whatever the reason it seems to always focus on the negative. After my visit today, my hat is off to ALL staff working at the Brightmoor facility in Griffin, Ga. I left there with a warm heart, 100 pounds removed from my shoulders, and with faith knowing that my mom will be taken care of! The facility was clean, it has that " at home" atmosphere when you step in the door, and most of all - A SMILING and COMPASSIONATE staff that seem to really care about their residents. Thanks again to everyone at Brightmoor for giving me peace of mind and to Ms. Cassandra for treating me like family! My family sends love, peace and hugs to you all..... 💞🙏😘

The staff truly cares about each patient. Hospital clean. Beautiful landscaping for both guests and residents to enjoy. Besides excellent therapy and care, they encourage pet therapy, reading, going outside, etc.
