We are a skilled extended care and rehabilitation center who's number one goal is to return you home with your loved ones. Our location is just three minutes to the hospital. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapies while providing outstanding medical care through our Resident Physician, Wound Care Physician, Licensed Therapist, on-site social services, Registered and Licensed Nurses, Certified Medication Aides, and Certified Nurse Aides.
The mission of Brentwood Extended Care and Rehab is to provide quality health care to each individual and recognize the value of every person. To provide care in a manner that contributes not only to the physical, but the psychological, spiritual, and social well being of our residents.
