Expanded Care Service Plans
In addition to the services included in the Monthly Service Fee, residents have access to two additional Expanded Care Service Plans. Prior to move-in, all residents are evaluated to determine level of service needed. Thereafter, residents are reevaluated every six months and when there is a change in condition.
If the Individualized Needs Assessment reflects that a resident needs a higher level of service than is included in the Monthly Service Fee, the resident will be enrolled in the appropriate Expanded Care Service Plan. Expanded Care Service Plan A is an additional $650 per month and Expanded Care Service Plan B is an additional $1300 per month.
