The Arbors at Bluff Creek Terrace and The Neighborhoods have been great with my mom. She'd been at The Neighborhoods for rehab following spine surgery and a stroke (two different years) and the staff were great. We decided that when mom needed more support at home long-term that Bluff Creek Terrace and The Neighborhoods would be our choice. The Administrator spent alot of time on the phone explaining everything to us. The Elder Care Coordinator did the same. The Nursing Supervisor, Activities Coordinator and all of the staff at The Arbors have been great helping mom adjust and feel included. I highly recommended The Arbors at Bluff Creek Terrace and The Neighborhoods to anyone looking for rehabilitation or long-term care for a loved one.
I have worked at Bluff Creek Terrace for 9 years and it is the most fulfilling job I have ever had. My coworkers and management team are some of the most dedicated people I know to the happiness and fulfillment of our Seniors lives. I love caring for our residents and providing each one of them their own individualized care.
