Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Yes. To join our priority waitlist, it is $500 and fully refundable, if anything were to change. It is a risk-free way to join our waitlist.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We exceed state requirements for training, and run the gamut of body mechanics, CPR/First Aid, Fall safety, Resident Rights & Responsibilities, etc. We have LPNs, Registered Medication Aids, CNAs, Dietary, Activities, Housekeeping, Administrative, Therapy.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We exceed all state requirements. Safety & wellbeing is something I could write paragraphs about. Can you be a little more specific with your question?
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We do have a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, if someone would like to have a counselor to talk through the changes they are experiencing. Our chaplains are also a great resource. We all play a part in helping our residents transition.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, we have a van that can be reserved for medical appointments and is used for group activities.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We serve "restaurant style" in our Bread Basket Dining Room. Our food is seasonal, homemade, and made from scratch.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We encourage any resident or family to come directly to our Leadership team.
What is the cost of living in your community?
There is a wide range, based on the apartment style and level of care. Our apartment rates begin at $155/day and our care rates start at $70/day.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
It is unique per family. This is outlined in each resident's care plan.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
It would be based on the apartment style and assessed care level. Our respite stays are 30 days.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes, our highest levels of care offer extensive care, which allows our residents to remain in our community through their lives.
