Waitlist
Yes, currently we do have a waitlist for admission to our community. We have Independent Living, Assisted Living, Rehab and Therapy and of course our Long-Term Care residents on this campus. These residents do get first priority of placement.
Pricing
Pricing is attached both with Room rates and Ancillary charges.
Professionals
Nursing we have RN’s, LPN’s, CMT’s, CNA’s. We also have staff with BS, Masters’s and staff with multiple years of service.
Safety
We have daily meetings in which we review every resident’s unit and follow up on any outstanding issues with residents on that unit. Today we had a “Code Gray” called because of the Tornado warning that went out in our area. We have call lights in every room in arms reach of the resident.
Support Services
Upon admission everyone chips in to make each resident welcomed. We all work together to make sure that they are greeted and helped upon arrival and the days following.
Transportation
Bethesda does not provide transportation at this time. We do have a list of companies that the family can call for any transportation needs.
Dining
We have a very nice dining room. Residents that can bring themselves to the dining room, otherwise staff will help transport to the dining room. Upon admission we try to provide sitting with other residents that they can converse with, so that they have the proper social time. We also have a section were residents that need assistance eating can sit.
Complaints
Complaints are handled immediately upon receiving them. We have the person receiving the complaint either get someone right away to help or take notes to forward to the head supervisor. If a person is not happy the complaints can be followed by either the Director of Nursing/Administrator or both.
Communication
We communicate through phone calls as well as e-mails depending on the urgency of the communication.
Respite stays
As mentioned above this is decided by a case by case basis.
Pet friendly
We do have a community dog named “Pete”. You can also bring in your own pets as long as we have copies of their shot records.
Vaccinations
We offer vaccinations as we receive them throughout the year.
Age in Place
