I have worked for Bethesda for three years now. I have worked in senior living since the age of 16, and a required standard for me to work somewhere is that it has to be a place I would let me own parents live. What initially attracted me to their senior living communities was the faith-based, not-for-profit aspect. The residents are well cared for and the staff is there to enrich the lives of the seniors. Business for benevolence is what we strive for! The revenue goes back into the actual community as well as the local community, haven given $12,000 in grants since January 2019. This has gone to Tri-Lakes Cares, the fire department, police department, D38 schools, and many more. I am proud to be a Bethesda employee and would recommend you to stop in for a tour and feel the home-like, family-oriented environment!
I’m confused as to why this company keeps sending me mail. It’s addressed to my deceased of 5 years father who never had a residence at my address, never even lived in Colorado. I’ve asked repeatedly for them to stop and apparently they don’t care. They need to buy better lists from another scam company maybe.
I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and caregivers at Bethesda Gardens Monument! On many occasions I have witnessed them going above and beyond to love on those in their care. It is obvious the residents are family to them. My mother recently passed away and the way this team came around our family was beautiful and appreciated more than words can express. They care for and console my father who continues to live at Bethesda after losing his wife of 72 years. They are my heroes!
A beautiful, warm and welcoming community. These people truly care about their work here with their co workers, and residents, and it shows! They take the time to really talk, and get to know you as a person. They also take the time and put in the effort to make sure every inch of their community is squeaky clean - but not in the way that gives you a "hospital," feel. I would say it gives you more of a very nice hotel feel.If you're looking for a truly caring, compassionate, and clean/healthy home community for you or a loved one, this place is certainly worth your time to inquire about! It is also a fantastic place to consider employment!
I truly feel that this small tight knit community is the perfect place for Monument seniors. The staff is very knowledge, understanding and loving to each and every resident. The Memory Care unit has definitely grown over this year and half. It is an amazing community that encourages all residents to get to know each other through meal times, puzzles, trivia games and more! The meal times in Memory care are very close together to encourage and improve all friendships/ relationships between residents, staff and families
I love the size of this community. Only being one level, no elevators and the ability for residents to get to know each other is the best part. The staff I have met are great and the level of care provided to the assisted living and memory care residents generates positive feedback from others. Convenient location.
Extremely impressed with this beautiful community. I visit my aunt weekly and it is so delightful to see how happy the residents are when I am there. The engagement is evident when you watch the staff interact with them. Great customer focus and the food is top notch. I eat there with my Aunt weekly and the food is delicious. Thank you for taking such great care of my Aunt. I would recommend this assisted living community to anyone that is looking for a place for their loved one. Great job Bethesda Senior Living. It shows you care about your customers and their family members.
Bethesda Gardens Monument is amazing! I visited my grandmother recently and was in awe of the care she was receiving. The facility is beautiful, and I could tell she really felt comfortable and at home there. I also felt the staff there really cared about her, everyone knew her name, smiled and greeted me as I walked by and created such a friendly atmosphere. They keep her very active with activities and interaction with the other residents. Overall, a great experience for my first visit and I look forward to visiting again.
I was very impressed with my visit to this community. Beautifully constructed and decorated in a peaceful Monument location. Everyone I encountered was friendly and smiling. I visited around dinner and there were several tables of people engaged with their neighbors in conversation. If you’re looking for a senior living option with a warm, community feel, look no further.
So impressed with my experience at Bethesda Gardens. The building is new and beautiful but when you walk in you feel right at home, not a cold hotel feel. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the residents are happy. The amenities are the best I saw while researching and I could not be happier with my decision. Would recommend to everyone!
