I had a good experience here I had an illness that caused me to have to stay here. keep in mind there is not a one to one nurse to patient ratio here so if you are a patient and need help you’ll have to use the call light it may take a minute or two for them to come to you but someone will be on the way the staff and is very friendly and I highly recommend this place if you need some thing like this
The staff was very cordial and helpful. I was so excited to see my mother after a 2 week quarantine. I was disappointed when I saw that my mother was brought to a visitation without her teeth. She has never went without her teeth. I do not know the circumstances of why.She seemed very sad, although I have been told there is no sign if depression. She cannot hear out of her right ear. I hope all the staff know to communicate in her left ear.I’m looking forward to my next visit tomorrow , the 12th.
My mom has been at this place since Monday September 20th. No shower, no bed change, she has to wait over an hour for pain medicine after having a major surgery. Place is so unprofessional. On a couple of occasions she's had to get out of bed and walk to the nurses Station to ask about pain medicine. Don't even get me started on the food. It's awful and not fitting for a dog to eat. THE NURSES JUST THERE FOR A CHECK THEY DONT CARE ANYTHING ABOUT THE PATIENTS. I think it's even worse because they can't have visitors so you can't watch them at all times. Which is what they seem to need. I will be speaking with someone higher up. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR GET BETTER STAFF!!!!!!!
I am not usually one to write reviews even when it is really bad but the way my loved one was treated is bordering on, if not fully, criminal negligence. My family has urged me to not put too many details but I can not...CAN NOT...let this place have a single star more. Please do not trust your loved ones to a place that so clearly cares more about money and skipping corners. Leaving those unable to care for themselves in their own filth and to deteriorate rapidly. I beg you do your research before placing them here.
Nice place some of most of the staff is. Ok brenda is good amber is awesome girl at front desk cool lacey is caring! Thanks for taking care of my mom it has been some ups and downs mostly ups the administration is very professional and again Amber is on point everyday all day with her caring and professional self i love it and you can really tell who there and honest and those whom i spoke of are my favorites and i speak highly of them all Thanks🌹🌷💖 o and i must not forget lacey thanks you guys for everything that you have done everything that you do big hugs
