Private Room Availability at 639 Main Street (Reisterstown South)
We are pleased to offer a private room at our 639 Main Street facility (Reisterstown South) for $4500/month, and a larger private room for $5500/month. Both rooms are fully accessible via elevator and conveniently located across the hall from a bathroom.
Our pricing is all-inclusive, covering food, medication management, care, activities, and more, without being dependent on the level of care required. Additionally, our facilities are SALS and Waiver certified, ensuring the affordability of our services.

Overview of Staff and Training
All staff are Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) and CPR/First Aid certified per Maryland regulations. They undergo annual training on assisted living care per Maryland Regulations. Activities Directors are present at each of our facilities. We also partner with private doctors and physical therapists. Our owner, Catherine Best, RN, is onsite daily to assist with resident care.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
All houses have 24x7 monitored security systems, and all doors and windows are alarmed to protect against wandering or elopement.
Transition Support Services
Upon moving into our facility, residents become members of our extended family. The transition is seamless as staff, managers, and activities directors all play a role in socializing the resident with their housemates.
Transportation Services
Transportation is available in our wheelchair van. Private transportation using this van is our only additional cost - $200/trip.
Dining Experience
Breakfasts are a la carte. Lunches are the main meal of the day and are delivered by a catering chef to ensure quality and variety. Dinners are lighter and specific to the facilities. Menus are posted monthly, offering a bed and breakfast dining experience in our family dining rooms.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents or their families can speak directly to the manager or owner. We are onsite daily and maintain an open door policy.

We communicate with families based on their preferred methods, whether it be email, text, or call, especially when there are changes or updates in a resident’s situation.

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays at a cost of $200/day.

No, we are not a pet-friendly community.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
All residents are vaccinated for both Covid and flu. Vaccinations are done onsite every year and as needed.
Aging in Place
Our facilities are SALS and Medicaid Waiver certified, allowing residents to stay with us even if they outlive their funds. This is a significant difference from most private pay facilities, which may evict residents once they run out of funds. We have waitlists for our facilities and can add interested parties to the list if they are not ready to tour/move at this time, or would prefer one of our other locations.
