Level of Care Fee
You will notice the Level of Care Fee. That is $35 a day for a Level 1 and $70 a day for a Level 2. Level is determined by the Resident's physician evaluation along with our Resident Services Director's assessment.

Availability and Room Styles
It depends on the style of room you would like and the neighborhood. I do have openings in both Memory Care & Assisted Living in Large studio style rooms along with Deluxe studio styles coming available in February. Both styles are in the digital brochure!
Professional Staff and Training
Our Resident Services Director is an LPN. Under her are a team of Certified Medication Aids, Certified Nursing Aids, along with Resident Assistants.
Safety and Well-being Measures
All of our Assistant Living residents are given emergency pendants. Our doors lock around 7 PM each night and are unlocked around 7 - 8 AM.
Transition Support Services
Upon request, each resident can be assigned a Resident Ambassador to ensure a smooth transition.
Transportation Services
We do offer transportation on Mondays & Wednesday 9:30 AM - 1 PM in the Covington area.
Dining Experience
Each day we offer Breakfast at 9 AM, Lunch at 1 PM, & Dinner at 5 PM. Residents always have a main course, optional entree, or the opportunity to select a course off our Standard Fare Menu.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
If the resident has a question or concern, they will contact our Executive Director, Sharon. She is on-site Monday - Friday and has an open-door policy. If the resident has a Power of Attorney, then the designated party will be contacted to be made aware of the situation. If it warrants, a family meeting will be held as well.
Cost of Living
I have attached a detailed price sheet. You will notice the Level of Care Fee. That is $35 a day for a Level 1 and $70 a day for a Level 2. Level is determined by the Resident's physician evaluation along with our Resident Services Director's assessment.
Communication with Residents' Families
Communication is key. Anytime there is a change in condition, concern, or community update the Resident's Power of Attorney will be contacted.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term stays at a 2-week minimum and by availability. Cost is listed on the attached price sheet!
Pet Policy
We are. However, pets must be 20 pounds or less and residents must be able to care for the pet fully on their own. We also have a one-time pet fee.
Vaccination Clinics
We do offer vaccination clinics through Carmicheal's Pharmacy. If we have already done the clinic before move-in, the resident will have to make other arrangements.
Aging in Place
As long as our residents stay within Assisted Living State Guidelines they are able to age in place!
