Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
This depends on what type of care and/or what type of apartment you are looking for.
What types of people do you have on your staff? What kind of training do they get?
Our care staff consist of Resident Assistants, LPN’s and Medication Technicians, who receive the training related to their license along with State and Company mandated training.
What kinds of things do you all do to make sure residents are safe?
We have an abundance of safety measures in place for resident safety. These vary based on if they are living in Assisted Living or the Memory Care neighborhoods.
Do you all help with moving logistics when a resident moves into the community?
On a case by case basis, not everyone needs this type of assistance.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
The meals are included and the residents always have options for their dining menus to choose from.
What happens if a resident is unhappy or has a complaint?
Our staff are always available to listen to a resident concern and any concern will be addressed by the appropriate team members.
How do you all communicate with families?
We utilize many ways to communicate with families. However, we use each family's preferred method as the primary communication method.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Yes. Respite starts at $225 per day. We also have a step-down program that starts at $160 per day.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes, within our pet policy guidelines. There is also a one-time pet-fee.
