Bedford Care Center of Picayune is a 60 bed skilled nursing facility in Picayune, MS. This uniquely-designed facility is based on the concept of small households. Each household accommodates 30 Residents and features Resident-centered dining, living area, den, covered porch and courtyard with a focus on the comforts of home. The facility offers spacious private rooms and semi-private rooms, all with private baths.
Bedford Care Centers offer a resident centered dining experience with custom menus designed on resident preferences. Guests are served table side during our noon meal and may choose from a variety of traditional southern style meal offerings. At the evening meal dining choices include café style selections, a blue plate special or the always offered menu. Nutrition services include nutritionally balanced meals based on individual preferences. Residents with complex nutritional needs, beyond traditional meal planning, benefit from the services of a registered dietitian.
