Our All-Inclusive Apartments
Our apartments are all inclusive, meaning you pay one bill that covers the following:
- 3 Chef prepared meals per day – Dining Room service (*See attached weekly menu)
- Weekly housekeeping including linen service
- Paid cable tv and utilities (phone not included)
- Social events, outings, and special events.
- Scheduled transportation to shopping stores, doc’s appointments and local designations
- On-Site P/O Therapy * See letter attached on Ramsey Therapy
What sets us apart from other senior communities is that we have just a 3-month lease, then immediately month to month. We have no buy in fee and we are Pet friendly!

Current Renovations
We are in the midst of a very nice “refresh” or remodel of some of our vacant rooms as well as all of our commons areas. You will have to excuse our mess during this stage, but know that the end result will be wonderful.
