Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
We have 10 available apartments. We do have a waitlist for specific floorplans.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We are an independent sr. living community. We do not have nurses on staff.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We have security and we check on residents daily.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We are a very welcoming and hospitable community. Staff and residents enjoy friendly community living.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We serve meals/day, 7 days/week in a restaurant style dining room.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
All complaints and issues are taken seriously and addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families?
We are very connected and communicate regularly with residents' families.
How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Phone usually, sometimes text/email depending on the nature of the updates.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Not at this time. We are in the process of flipping one of our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments into a guest suite for resident’s families and friends.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Absolutely!!
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes. We have 10 available apartments. We do have a waitlist for specific floorplans.
