Our Bath Manor Special Care Centre is a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility that was established in 2013 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We’re located just a few minutes from Portage Trail, an active street with a variety of restaurants for senior patients and their families to visit while on outings.
Our Progressive Approach to Home (PATH) is a unique care model that uses both evidence-based practices and medical models.
